The house has a surface of 70 m², is equipped with all modern comforts such as air conditioning, and is very functional. The gite has 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room that gives access to the covered terrace.

The cottage is accessible via a separate entrance the 'Chemin de Riosouls' and has a private parking space that can accommodate 2 cars.
In the spacious garden, guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace.
